Co-Founder

Gordon Clark

An award winning industry veteran of 40 years, Gordon is a self described lifelong techie. He got his start in this business by working his way up the ladder at a small manufacturing company in Northeast Connecticut. He did everything from data entry to building networks to leading a small team of programmers responsible for coding and maintaining the company's entire ERP system. He ultimately became the Director of the IT organization and that experience served as the foundation for a lifelong obsession with helping companies utilize technologies to execute their core vision.

With long and celebrated stints at MassMutual, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, and Workday implementation partners, Gordon has had the good fortune and honor to work with an incredible array of talented individuals and exceptional global companies.

He, along with his long time friend and colleague Jeff Way, has turned his attention to improving the ERP customer experience and is enjoying working and partnering with customers who share the vision that The Council Corp has for the future.

When not at work, Gordon enjoys time with his family, playing and watching tennis, drumming, and continues to threaten to break out his snowboards again in the near future.

Co-Founder

Jeff Way

Over 40 years experience in ERP project management, product development, implementation, and support. Has performed in the role of consultant and business analyst since 1984, implementing, configuring, and customizing systems for over 85 clients across all verticals of varying size and geographical composition.

A storied IT career that started with internships, data-entry, COBOL programming, call center support...all the while learning and helping teammates however possible. The hard knocks, lessons learned, as well as the lasting friendship with Gordon culminated with this exciting chapter co-founding The Council Corp. A new company with a unique approach to delivering world-class professional services to our clients.

Extensive experience managing global ERP implementation projects. Multiple successful engagements managing blended (functional and technical) / (client and contractor) teams; deploying projects on-time and within budget. Always leading by example, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, efficiency and camaraderie.

When not at work, Jeff enjoys quality time and new adventures with family and friends. For the record, Jeff rarely passes up an opportunity to go fly fishing for trout on a river or targeting tuna offshore.

Director - Back Office Operations

Kimberly Way

Detail-oriented business support professional with experience in financial reporting, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.

Proven ability to support organizational goals through strong communication and organizational skills. Passionate about delivering value through efficient systems and strong team support.

When not at work, Kim enjoys online shopping and making new memories with close friends and family.
